Travelling through Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China, Japan and Malaysia, Andy has been influenced by the dishes of each region.

While travelling he gained a knowledge of asian food along with art, the influence of which is on our walls. Not just influences from a far, but chef heroes from the likes of Neil Perry, Alistar Little and Gary Rhodes.
Over the years Andy has won a number of awards including the Metro Best Newcomer Restaurant Runner up, Remmy Martin Award and a Best Tyne & Wear Restaurant Award. Our latest award was with trip advisors travellers award.
He has also previously worked as head chef at Sohe, Blackfriars and Barn Asia.
